Terms and Conditions for Foxy Digits Services
When our clients use our services, they must sincerely abide by the following terms and conditions:
The Conditions
- No Guarantee of Results: We do not provide a 100% assurance for results on search engines and neither can we quantify sales or increased traffic resulting from the SEO campaign.
- Prohibited Practices: The client must not engage in exchanging or requesting links, or adopt any spamming methods that are likely to harm the website’s ranking on top search engines.
- Content and Site Integrity: The client must not own any doorway pages, redirects, duplicate pages, content, or duplicate websites.
- Payments: We require advance payments, which are non-refundable under any circumstances. Clients must make payments within a week of invoice generation.
- Client Modifications: If the client makes any changes to an optimized page created by us, or fails to implement the amendments laid out by Foxy Digits, any guarantee given will immediately become void.
- Ethical SEO Practices: We strictly adhere to ethical SEO policies and reserve the right to nullify any guarantee if we discover that the client has adopted undesirable practices such as using hidden links, FFA link pages, link farms, cloaking techniques, page redirects, unauthorized submissions to search directories or engines, automated website submission software, or reciprocal link programs.
- Marketing and Advertising Use: As a leading SEO provider, we reserve the right to use our clients’ websites, collateral, wireframes, web designs, and layouts in our marketing and advertising initiatives. This includes promotional initiatives, case studies, portfolios, or discreet links provided on the website unless specifically instructed by the client not to use them.
Right to Client Website
To obtain our SEO services, every client must:
- Access to Traffic Statistics: Provide unlimited access to traffic statistics for tracking and analysis needs.
- Optimization Amendments: Consent to make amendments for optimization and directly correspond with our team if necessary.
- Backend Access: Provide access to the backend/administrative part of the site to analyze the content and structure.
- Content Provision: If there is a lack of textual content on the client’s website, they must provide the needed text in electronic format to create richer and additional web pages. Foxy Digits can produce website content for the client at an additional cost.
- Utilisation of Client Materials: Permit the use of client content, pamphlets, website images, trademarks, logos, and pictures as deemed necessary by Foxy Digits for SEO purposes.
- Email for Link Requests: Provide an email address to facilitate link requests.
Loss of Service
Foxy Digits does not take responsibility for service loss, data damage, unavailability of files, misuse of devices by other clients, malfunction of communication devices, externally managed devices, or any other service beyond our control.
Indemnity and Warranties
The client guarantees that the material used on the site:
- Is not obscene as per the Obscene Publications Act 1959.
- Does not infringe on any third party’s Intellectual Property Rights.
- Is free of any corporate advertising element that violates the Control of Misleading Advertisements Regulations 2000.
- Is free from misleading rate comparisons against the Consumer Protection Act.
- Does not violate the Defamation Act 1996.
Third-Party Fees
Any fees charged by search engines for incorporating a listing must be paid by the client separately. This includes, but is not limited to, pay-per-inclusion rates in directories such as Yahoo and MSN.
Hosting
Clients must ensure that their site is not hosted on free web-space using domain forwarding. If the current hosting IP address is problematic for optimization reasons or is associated with a bad neighbourhood, Foxy Digits may advise the client to change their hosting provider.
Confidentiality
The terms and conditions laid out by Foxy Digits prohibit the disclosure of customer information without written consent, except as required to comply with current judicial proceedings, subpoenas, court orders, or any other legal process. For any information about our customers, please send us a mail, fax, or a valid subpoena to Foxy Digits.
